Our Riad Residence Services Morocco for Seniors is located in Morocco in an olive grove of one hectare halfway between Agadir and Taroudant.

The Riad is made available exclusively to two resident Seniors. The space is shared with the two owners: Samia and Abdelilah.

Business director and consultant in strategy and project development, both retired, we divide our time between reading, gardening, good cooking and our commitment to serving small women's cooperatives who need support to set up their micro- business projects.
Activities and Services
Many services are organized to occupy and ensure the comfort of residents: accommodation in a suite - rich and varied cuisine - excursions - hikes - picnics - physical activities (petanque, badminton, yoga, walking), debate evenings and reflection - library - folklore evenings - painting and sculpture workshops - cooking workshops - gardening - actions to support women's and children's cooperatives in our village.

Eligibility
The Riad being reserved for two seniors only who share their life with the owners, future residents will be chosen after examining an application file (culinary preferences, state of health - preferred hobbies, etc.) which we will send to you in advance.
Bedrooms
Each resident has a Suite with Living Room and Bathroom. It is surrounded by greenery and overlooks the swimming pool.
All areas of the Riad are open and accessible.

Excursions
Throughout the year, excursions are organized: depending on the destination, an entire day is devoted to visiting the souks and museums - Swimming in the sea - Walks - Meals. The destination is chosen by the residents.

Every weekend , residents jointly establish a dietary menu for the week. The kitchen is open and accessible to everyone.

Health care
Monitoring the state of health of each resident is imperative. To this end, we provide all assistance to facilitate appointments with health professionals, provide transport and support and take care of the management of insurance and mutuality documents.
We are located 30 minutes from Agadir University Hospital (via highway), one of the largest university hospitals in Morocco (it brings together all specialties).
Social security conventions exist between Morocco; France, Belgium and Canada.
Amenities and transportation
Our services include dry cleaning, transportation at any time for our residents who wish to travel for health care, a hair appointment or an excursion.
