For this reason, we have set up a path in our olive grove to allow our seniors to practice walking, cardio exercises or stretching without leaving the Riad.
In addition to aquagym exercises in our swimming pool, a pétanque court is also used for badminton. We also offer group yoga sessions suitable for seniors.
